Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once the cBot has been delivered to your cTrader account.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.
Development fees for custom systems are non-refundable once development has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before development begins, a refund may be issued minus administrative costs.
Refunds may only be considered in cases where:
The cBot fails to be delivered due to a verified internal technical error.
Duplicate payments are made.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
